DESIGN BRIEF

Previously the head quarters of a charity and left open to squatters for a few years, Palm Tree Court had seen better days.

MCH Ltd tasked us to design a a space for their growing business in London using as much of the existing materials and building fabric as possible whilst being uber functional to the way they work. For us the concrete ceiling and RSJ’s were a big draw and really shows how the building was put together.... and there was our starting point.

One half was to be MCH HQ consisting of reception, hot desk area, boardroom, a private office, bathroom and kitchen with the other half to be sub letted.
