Gentrack has an extensive history of developing, implementing and supporting its specialist software for energy utilities, water companies and airports. Established in 1989, Gentrack now has over 150 utilities and airports using its software - including some of the most innovative utilities companies in Australasia and the UK, and Tier 1 airports around the world.
After being based within a serviced office for the last few years, Gentrack wanted a space that improved collaborative working with various forms of spaces - Breakout, Kitchen, Creative Area, Boardroom & Meeting Rooms.
It's been an amazing journey, taking a shell of an office, ripping it back to bare bones and turning it to the aspirational office space we wanted for our employee's - all in 96 days (and for considerably less than we had originally anticipated. I'm glad we listened to your idea of project managing the build and allowing us to purchase direct. Your advice and the savings made allowed us to spend more in the area's that mattered. Everyone who visits us appreciates the atmosphere you created and our employee's enjoy working in the space. As we are growing the business rapidly we have found that one of the attractions of Gentrack as an employer was the atmosphere our new surroundings provide. Amazing what good design can achieve.
